Update on 485 Hey Guys, after i got a notice that my case is transferred to MO NBC, I found that it was transferred to a USCIS office in San Francisco, I had an Interview on Oct 15th, it went well, but they said, they need to review my application a little bit more and that I should be hearing from them within 90 days.When the I-485 case is transferred from National benefit center to a local field office , what’s next is an interview. Check local processing times to guestimate when you should hear from Uscis .Here's my timeline in case it helps someone. I-485 priority date: April 8th 2019. I-485 fee for fingerprints: April 10th, 2019. I-485 appt for fingerprints: April 19th, 2019. I-485 updated with fingerprints: May 27 2021. I-485 Opened an inquiry: April 21 2022.
